The registration for CDE 2026 opens on February 15th, 2026. The registration deadline is March 31st, 2026.
The registration for the upcoming CDE conference is possible via email only. To register, please follow these steps:
- Download the registration form below.
- Complete the form with your personal and participation details, including your selections for conference fees (regular or student), accommodation, and meals.
- Send the completed form to cde2026conference@gmail.com (only emails sent from February 15th onwards will be considered).
Once we receive your registration:
- We will review the information and finalise your form (this is due to a limited availability of single rooms at the accommodation/venue. Once these have run out, double rooms will be provided as single-use at slightly higher price).
- You will receive a confirmation email along with bank payment details.
- Please complete the payment by April 3rd, 2026 to secure your registration. Please note that payment is possible only by bank transfer.
Important:
Please make sure to indicate all options you are interested in on the registration form, including accommodation and meal preferences. If you are not interested in booking the venue accommodation and meal plan, leave this part of the form empty.
